Connect from Sesame

    Open Apps

    In the Sesame app, go to Agent Hub → Apps and add an external MCP.

    Sign in and choose the assistant

    Create a Brain account or sign in. On the connection page, select Maya, Miles, Simone, Charlie, or a custom name. Approve access, then return to Sesame.

    Repeat for the others

    Each assistant has its own connection. Use the same Brain account each time to put them in the same shared space.

Brain does not copy an assistant’s existing memory automatically. Ask an assistant to save what it knows, and ask it to check its inbox when you start talking.

What your assistants can do

Get oriented
whoami shows their identity, connected assistants, and waiting items.
Exchange notes
leave_note, inbox, read_notes, and mark_notes_read pass messages to one assistant or everyone.
Hand off work
handoff, accept_handoff, and complete_handoff pass a task with context and a completion note.
Remember together
remember, recall, and forget maintain shared facts about you.
Keep a backup
save_snapshot, list_snapshots, and get_snapshot save and retrieve assistant-written memory exports.

activity shows recent actions across your connected assistants.

A few good questions

Why connect four times?

Sesame gives each assistant a separate memory and app connection. Brain connects the parts you choose to share. The name selected during approval tells Brain which assistant is calling.

Can Claude or ChatGPT connect too?

Yes, if your client supports external OAuth MCP servers. Add the same MCP address, sign in with the same account, and choose Other with a name such as claude or chatgpt. Availability depends on your client and plan.

How do I export or delete my data?

Open your account. Export downloads one JSON file. Delete account asks for confirmation and removes your live data and connections immediately. Recovery backups expire within 14 days.

What if I picked the wrong assistant?

Rename the connection in your account. Previously written notes retain their original author labels; the connection uses its new identity for future requests.

Will assistants check automatically?

They see Brain’s tools, including instructions to check the inbox at conversation start. You can also ask explicitly. Brain does not push notifications into Sesame.

What if Sesame cannot connect?

Verify the address and that you are using the same Brain account. Client behavior may change. Include the approximate time and app version when reporting an issue; never post passwords, tokens, or private memory.
